A productive and inspiring day in Ostend brought partners together for the 4th General Assembly of the I3-4-SEAWEED project. A great opportunity to align, exchange, and move forward together in strengthening the European seaweed sector and blue bioeconomy.
We kicked off the day with a visit to Revi Food’s production facilities, experiencing first-hand how seaweed is transformed into innovative food products — and even tasting the results! A big thank you to Wim and the team for the warm welcome and valuable insights into their pioneering work.
