I3-4-SEAWEED business case

As part of the I3-4-SEAWEED project, The Seaweed Company (Netherlands) is developing innovative seaweed-based meat products that respond to the growing demand for healthier and more sustainable food. By combining traditional knowledge with cutting-edge research, the company is creating hybrid food solutions that reduce meat content while increasing nutritional value through the use of seaweed.
