The I3-4-SEAWEED consortium gathered on October 1st, 2025, in Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, for its third in-person General Assembly — a full-day working session that brought together all partners for collaboration and reflection.
Over the course of eight productive hours, participants delved into every dimension of the project: scientific progress, coordination across work packages, communication efforts, stakeholder engagement, and upcoming deliverables. Each partner presented updates on their implementation plans, shared results, and outlined the next steps ahead.
The discussions reinforced a shared understanding of timelines, responsibilities, and opportunities for synergy across teams. This meeting was especially valuable in strengthening coordination and integrating new team members since the last assembly.
Beyond project management, the gathering fostered connection and collaboration – offering many partners their first opportunity to meet face-to-face.
